Noufa's asking a question..

You might not know this but I have a trouble in graphic designing lately. I lost my mojo! But I noticed that every time I try to do something in photoshop, I tend to pick a picture of a beautiful girl and cross out her eyes, put big bold X over each eye or a thick line over them all. I don't know why but I'm sure there's a psychological explanation right? Well, wouldn't you pretty guys tell me if you know something about it? Thank you!

  1. You don't like eyes.
The optical display if emotion, the true pathway to a persons soul, the depiction of all factuality.
Does the truth betray you, when cnfronted by a superior entity?
Has eye contact ver played a significant role in the trial of your raising?
You like eyes, it's the protocol to the pattern of your creativity.
The initiation of what you portray begins here.
The x's, the blindspots and the coatings..........
There all an extension of the abstract void that governs your creativity, maybe even the paradox of your logic.
The only matter that seems rather out of place, is the fact that not only are you aware of this but you seek an answer, another truth if you will.
If I were you, I would bend the truth to my will.
I would assert the facts upon myself.
    I draw x's because I like to.
    I draw x's because I hate to.
I draw x's because I'm psychologically bound to.
Any of these statments can be your truth.
Nothing is solid, it's what you perceive as the truth that remains the truth everything else has no meaning.
Nonethless, your profound, substantial and weak.
    You don't like eyes.

  2. I wasn't aware of that until i went through all my photoshop files and noticed that there's something common which is crossing the eyes out and i found it weird coz i don't do it intentionally. Then i remembered in a book i read that there is always a psychological explanation behind every piece of art so i was curious to find out since i'm the last one in this world who can understand me! I don't like drawing x's and i don't hate it either but i noticed this big change in graphic designing, i wasn't so much into this kind of thing and i don't know if i apply on the things you said.. but it was just interesting to know.. I was trying to dig deep in my mind to understand coz i can't do it on my own, i can't even have an honest conversation with myself, i lie a lot on myself and i live in constant denial

  3. What you have read makes sense, otherwise the essence of art would cease to exist.
Art is the Constitution of all emotional display.
In an inverse environment this theory would be plausible, but it doesn't suffice in a logical world.
However, art has continuously challenged the solidity of logic and has managed to dig it's way through.
What do you feel when you cross out the eyes of any given image?
Happy? Sad? Satisfied? Could it be that you feel nothing?
Does your mind automatically cancel out the eyes of an image you choose?
lol the questions are going to get a bit random but I thinks its all connected.
In all Islamic schools,it is emphasized that its forbidden to draw pictures of any living thing, so we used to draw people eyeless and it's be okay. ^_^
As ridiculous as it might sound,
I think this could be a valid psychological factor.
Are you afraid of directly looking into a random person's eyes?
Have you ever spoken to a crowd as a leader?
If so, do you avoid eye contact?
Do you think that blind people are easier to talk to?
lol im getting carried away aren't i..
It seems like I've turned this to an interview rather than a simple discussion...
If you tackle the situation with questions like this,I'm positive you will reach the answer.
BTW Living in denial isn't that bad, at least you get the option of accepting whatever you want and canceling out whatever you don't.
    Enjoy it while it lasts!!!

  4. I honestly don't know what do I feel when I do that, it just happens and I don't feel the work is finished without it, so I would probably pick satisfied.
It makes it prettier I guess. No, it's all fine. Everything you said is so interesting, so feel free to say or ask anything. I have never thought if I have troubles in eye-contacts or something like that, it is not an issue for me
for I'm so confident with strangers more than the people I closely know. And I do think that blind people are easily to deal with and I kinda think that they're lucky and if I have to chose between being a blind or deaf, I will definitely pick
being blind. I don't like to look in people eyes when I'm talking about personal or emotional issues, and I guess it's common with all the people? Who are you
by the way and psychiatrist? LOL I don't think living in denial is that good, it's totally the opposite because everything comes clear just before you sleep, and
    that's so not good.
Thank you brother, it was a pleasure talking with a smart fella
    like you.

  5. I personally beleive that you miss out on everything in life if your eyes are lost.
I guess many will dffer on this point, beacause it's based on
On a set of personal experiances that vary from one person to another.
Lol and I'm not a psychiatrist, but it was kinda fun trying to be one.....sadly the attmept failed dramatically:p
Ana 3aber Sabeel zy my ygoloon.
It was a pleasure talking to you aswell.^_^
